General
Can I get custom printing?
Yes and no. If you see us at a local craft show, you will be able to customize your duck in any way you like. If you buy
online, you can add a message to the duck
OR you can email us and request custom labeling. If you want a specialty
logo printed on your duck, we do not have that equipment available, but there are a bunch of "promotional products"
websites that offer customized
printing on ducks. If you would like us to
hand write a message (much like they do at a florist) we will be happy to accomodate. Contact us with that special information,

I want to send "#" Ducks for a … (Baby Shower, Party Invitation, etc) How does that work?

What is your privacy policy?
We respect your privacy. We do not sell or give anyone information about your transaction including your email address, # of ducks purchased,
transaction amounts or shipping information. It is all private and confidential. See our

How do I know my credit card information is secure?
We use SSL technology to encrypt your credit card information while it is transferred and that
information is only stored temporarily while we process your order. See our

Why can't I use American Express or Discover Card?
Both have higher costs to offer them as a retailer. And American Express maintains collection practices that
lack integrity and therefore we cannot in good conscience advocate use of their products.
Are you going to sell my personal information?
We do not sell or distribute any information about our customers or vendors.
Why Google Checkout?
Google's ordering system makes it easy for you to checkout. If you already have an account with Google, you only need
to go through the Shipping screen to make sure your Duck gets to the right location. We believe this system is quick and painless
when compared to most cart/checkout systems. Let us know if you prefer one or the other,
