What method (USPS/UPS/FedEx) will my Duck travel?

Your product will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS). It will be shipped with a label and a stamp.

Can I send one to a Military (APO/FPO) address?

Yes, you can send a duck to any APO or FPO mailing address. Checkout our map page to find out where in the world our ducks have been sent.

What kind of packaging do you use?

None!. That is what makes receiving a duck so great. Your mail delivery person will almost always place the duck facing out and on top of the rest of your mail. It's really fun to see a duck in your mailbox!

Can I get local delivery?

Unfortunately, we only send our ducks through the mail. Perhaps in the future we will consider this interesting idea.

Can I send "X" Ducks to "X" different addresses?

Yes, whether you pay with Google or Standard Checkout, your shipping information for each duck will stay with your order. Simply email us if you have questions or need help completing an order.

What if my Duck arrives dirty?

Your duck may arrive dirty. We recommend taking the duck into the bathtub with you, after all, that is a natural home for a rubber duck. We have also found that standard dish soap will clean off the dirt picked up during travel and delivery.

When is my product going to be delivered?

Your product will be delivered as quickly as possible by the USPS. We will put your Duck into the mail system within 24 hours of the time of your order.

Are the ducks in stock?

Yes, all our ducks are in stock and ready to fly. If we are running short, we will let you know and give you the opportunity for either a refund, or a delayed shipment.

Can you send my duck immediately?

Yes, we will make every effort to get your duck sent as soon as possible. But we have no control in postal off-days, holidays and delays in the mail system.

What is your return policy?

Unfortunately, it will cost almost as much to send the duck back to us as it cost to buy the duck simply because they are priced so low. However, if you are completely unsatisfied with your duck, yes you can return it and we will send you a replacement.

Can I send my duck overseas?

If you live in the USA - no. If you live in another country and want to send your duck to someone in the United States - yes.

Can I track my order?

We do not have the ability to track your order because USPS does not offer that option on First Class mail (which is how our ducks ship) BUT, we will send you a shipping email notification as soon as the duck begins its journey leaving our facility and entering the mail system.
