Mail a Duck
SendaDuck.com will only accept cancellation
prior to shipping of Duck(s).
- Once the products
have been shipped, no refund or cancellation is permitted.
- Orders are typically processed
within 24 hours after order is received.
- If you wish to cancel, or wish to find out if a your duck
has shipped in order to request cancellation, you may do so by sending an email to
sales@sendaduck.com to have your order reviewed.
It is the decision of the order filling department and sales representatives for SendaDuck.com
whether to accept the cancellation.

- We respect your privacy. We do not sell or give anyone information about your transactions including the sender or recipient email addresses, # and types of cards used or any other information associated with the eGreeting transaction process.
